RAWALPINDI  - Rawalpindi and Islamabad city administrations have agreed upon the alternative route for the heavy traffic for the duration of Pirwadhai Flyover project construction.
Now the heavy traffic would reach Pirwadhai Bus Stop from Golra Morr via Islamabad Toll Plaza and the Nescom link road. Earlier, the traffic was to be plied from 9th Avenue.
According to sources, Rawalpindi administration would provide the traffic barriers to the federal capital administration.
It is pertinent to mention here that the construction work on the project was delayed due to the problem of the alternative route for the heavy traffic. Islamabad administration was not ready to provide the federal city roads for heavy traffic, but it is hoped that the work on the project would get pace now.
