Govt officers warned against absenteeism

HAFIZABAD
DCO Mansoor Qadir has warned teachers, officers and staff of hospital and other departments that he will show zero tolerance to work shirkers and those found not punctual in the discharging duty.
While visiting different offices and Govt High School Madina Colony, he urged the teachers to perform their duty with commitment to improve the standard of education.
He also visit different offices in District Complex and advised the officials to perform duty honestly and diligently and those found not attending to offices in time would be taken to task under the PIDA Act.
He also visited fruit and vegetable market and directed the officials of Market Committee and DDO (Agriculture) Javed Akhtar Padhiar to ensure further decrease in the rates of fruits and vegetables for providing relief to the consumers.
DHQ, THQ hospitals, RHCs get medics: The Punjab Public Service Commission has appointed 33 doctors of which five have been appointed in DHQ Hospital Hafizabad, four in THQ Hospital Pindi Bhattian while one each in Rural Health Centres Bhaka Bhattian, Sandhwan Tarar and Kolo Tarar, said Deputy District Officer (HRM) Allah Ditta Warraich.
He said that due to new appointments patients in the hospitals and RHCs would be further facilitated.
While addressing the doctors, he said that they should attend to their duties with missionary zeal to serve the ailing humanity.
However, he warned that those found negligent would be taken to task.
