Rawalpindi - Fatima Jinnah Women University’s Department of Business Administration organised a seminar on Thursday for the business students on Integrated Marketing Communication.

The guest speaker of the seminar was Lashley A Pulsipher, Chief Sales, Marketing and Revenue Officer, Hospitality Division at Hashoo group.

The aim of the seminar was to provide an understanding about role of communication in marketing. It also covered different types of promotional tools, media and methodologies, integrating marking communication process and enabled the students to analyse and evaluate the fast-changing field of advertising and promotion which effects global marketing, society and economy.

Lashley A Pulsipher shared her experience in marketing and briefly explained the basic tools and concepts of integrated marketing communication. Addressing the audience, she said that the story telling was a big part in integrated marketing. She further said that planning and knowing everything about your audience is the first step and then how you tell the story of your brand or product is the basic principle of marketing.

At the end, Dean Faculty of Business Administration Dr Azra Yasmin presented a souvenir to Lashley A Pulsipher.
