CHINIOT - Pakistan is passing through the darkest period of its history as corruption in all the departments is on the rise, commission culture is escalating, rental power projects are nothing except fraud and the US war on terror is being fought at the cost of national resources.

These views were expressed by Pakistan Muslim League-N Overseas General Secretary Qaisar Mehmood while talking to newsmen here the other day. He said that it was need of the hour to save the country from extremists and to defeat those forces who wanted another “fall of Dhaka”.

The politics of Pakistan, he said, become servant of the tribal leaders, feudal and chaudharies. He said that 96 federal ministers cabinet was a big burden on national kitty. He maintained the Punjab Governor House was the biggest Governor House in the world.
