ISLAMABAD - Pakistan's ace tennis star and former Davis Cupper Rashid Malik added another feather to his already decorated crown as he won the International Tennis Federation Seniors 45+ singles title, defeating Thailand's Jaikar Surachet in straight sets in the finals played at Pattaya. Then went on to take the doubles title as well partnering Sanjay Kumar defeating Indian pairing of Sharatak/Pawan Jain also in straight sets. While talking to The Nation on Friday from Thailand a jubilant Rashid said he had always worked hard even his peak days were over. “I remained in touch with competitive tennis, participating in number of international veterans events, which helped me a great deal in remaining in shape.
