LAHORE - The Sobha Developers, part of the multinational Sobha Group, has announced investments to expand its footprint regionally and locally. The company is in the process of opening five sales offices in London, Singapore, Riyadh, Doha and Kuwait City by July 2015 to tap into the growing demand of its developments in the UAE.

Located three kilometers from the Burj Khalifa district, the development is set to achieve a key milestone in September 2015 with the inauguration of the Group’s first international curriculum school. The company plans to break ground on mock villa and apartment in the first quarter. On the infrastructure development front, tenders for roads and utilities have been floated and bids received. The contract for the 132kv power sub-station has been awarded to Danway, an electrical-mechanical conglomerate.
