QUETTA - The District and Sessions Court, Kharan, on Saturday issued release orders of three Iranian security personnel who were involved in killing of a Pakistani national and wounding another, after a compromise between both parties.

It may be mentioned here that three Iranian security guards had entered into Pakistani territory on Jan 1st, and killed a Pakistani national namely Saeed Ahmed and injured his brother Arsalan Gul allegedly chasing their vehicle.

They had violated Pakistani territory in Washuk district and tried to take dead body and injured person into Iran but Pakistani security forces foiled their attempt and arrested three Iranian security personnel. Besides registration of a case for violation of Pakistani territory, the father of deceased had got registered a case against them under section 302 PPC.

After the incident, local elders of the area had started reconciliation efforts and succeeded in resolving the situation.

On Saturday, Iranian security personnel and relatives of deceased Saeed Gul appeared before the court and submitted the deed of compromise.

Accepting the compromise between the parties the District and Sessions Judge, Kharan, Abdul Rasheed Umrani ordered the release of Iranian security guards.
