Seven killed, 17 injured in pileup of vehicles due to dense fog in Sargodha

At least seven people were killed and 17 others injured in multiple collision of vehicles due to dense fog here in Sargodha on Sunday.
According to police, due to zero visibility caused by dense fog, three vans and a truck collided at Ajnala Road near Sargodha.
As a result of accident five people died on the spot and 18 others sustained wounds. The deceased and injured included women and children.
The police and Rescue 1122 personnel rushed them to District Hospital Sargodha where another injured succumbed to his wounds. According to hospital sources condition of six injured people was serious.
The deceased included Muhammad Ramazan, Zain ul Abideen, Nazir Ahmed, Mudasar Razzaq, Zafar Iqbal and Khalil Ahmed.
Some among the injured were identified as Haji Abdul Rehman, Muhammad Bux, Muhammad Zubair, Noor Muhammad, Muhammad Sajid, Muhammad Muneeb, Farrukh Sheikh, Amjad Abbas, Amin, Ishfaq, Umer Daraz, Muhammad Hanif, Muhammad Suleman, Kamran Ahmed, Hafiz Nadeem and others.
It should be mentioned that parts of Punjab and Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa provinces, remained in the grip of dense fog triggering several road accidents on main highways and Motorway.
