LAHORE– The PML-N leaders have termed the long march a ‘flop show’ of Dr Tahirul Qadri and exhorted him to come back.

Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah said, “Dr Qadri is moving along with the long march sitting in a comfortable room made out of a container while his followers are shivering badly outside, exposing his duplicity and shallowness of the objective behind the march.” He urged Qadri to come back and get engaged with his ‘real’ job.

Pervez Malik dubbed the march as failure, saying, “Dr Qadri has claimed to have carried the caravan of four million to Islamabad but he was able to carry only 13,000 from the city”. He also blamed the federal government for designing a clash between the marchers and the police at the outset of the long march in the city so that such act could be blamed on Punjab.

Malik said Dr Qadri on the strength of a few thousand wants downfall of the whole system and get the election postponed as his core objective.
