Two suicide bombers blew themselves up at an Iraqi army base north of Baghdad on Tuesday, killing at least 20 people and wounding 55, a security official and a medic said. The attack took place at the Al-Saad base east of the city of Baquba in the restive province of Diyala, a security official said.He said the two bombers detonated their explosives-filled vests at a recruitment centre in the base where young men had arrived to join the army.
