ISLAMABAD Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Imran Khan, has expressed his deep concern and sorrow over the murder of Habib Jalib, Secretary General of the BNP (Mengal), who was gunned down by the unidentified assailants in Quetta Wednesday morning. In a press statement, he said the Government had failed completely in containing the growing incidents of target killings in the country and no citizen of the country today considers himself as safe. The law and order situation in the country, he said, has worsened. Imran Khan accused the rulers of deploying police force in a large number on their protocol duties instead of sparing it for their basic duty of maintenance of law and order. This practice must end, he demanded.
