LAHORE - The Sports Board Punjab (SBP) has decided to organise Inter-School Tennis Cup 2021 in collaboration with Punjab Lawn Tennis Association (PLTA) to unearth fresh talent of tennis from schools. This important decision was taken in a meeting chaired by DG Sports Punjab Adnan Arshad Aulakh here at the National Hockey Stadium on Wednesday. Director Sports Hafeez Bhatti and PLTA Secretary Rashid Malik (Tamgha-e-Imtiaz) were also present in the meeting. Talking on this occasion, the DG Sports Punjab said that the prime objective of Inter-School Tennis Cup 2021 is to prepare a nursery of young talented players from schools. “The players from government and private schools will participate in the Inter-School Tennis Cup 2021. In this regard, a meeting with Sports Directors of all public and private schools will be held very soon.”
