Lawsuit filed against the Kardashians in relation to a pre-paid debit card has been dismissed, according to reports. Kim, Khloe, Kourtney and their mum Kris Jenner were sued for $75 million (50 million) by Revenue Resource Group in January after pulling out of an endorsement deal to promote the product. The Kardashians reportedly withdrew their support following claims that the card had high fees, and were later sued for breach of contract. However, media reports that a Fresno Superior Court Judge threw out the case after ruling that the sisters couldnt be sued for expressing reservations about the product because it would go against their free speech rights. He also said that the lawsuit had failed to prove that Revenue Resource Group could win their breach of contract claim. According to the Fresno Bee, the COO of Revenue Resource Group suggested that the company might appeal the decision after the judgment is finalised. N24
