LAHORE: Chief Minister of Punjab Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday said that Pakistan Army personnel have broken the backbone of terrorists through the operation Zarb-e-Azb.

Lauding the efforts of Pak Army on the completion of two years of Zarb-e-Azb, Shehbaz Sharif said that peace has been attained in the region due to the operation against terrorists.

He said there is no place for militants and their facilitators in the country.

Tales of courage, valour and sacrifice would remain a legacy in history, he added.

Moreover, the  chief minister further termed the martyrs as ‘heroes’ of the nation.
