ISLAMABAD - The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Monday was prayed to instruct the federation to withhold any action under Section 6 of the National Accountability Ordinance 1999 until the announcement of the detailed judgment. Shahid Orakzai, who had filed petition against the NAB chairman under Article 184(3) of Constitution, requested the court to instruct the registrar no to fix any pending case and order the federation to pay the costs of the accepted petition as well as this application when accepted.
