Rulers making U-turn on Kashmir issue

OUR STAFF REPORTER SIALKOT - The grant of the Most-Favoured Nation (MFN) status to India by Pakistan was termed as brutal assassination of aspirations of the Kashmiri Muslims at a conference titled Shaan Jaan-e-Kainat here on Monday. Addressing the moot at Astana Aaliya Doongiyaan Sharif, Markazi Sunni Ittehad Council Chairman and MNA Sahibzada Fazal Karim alleged that the incumbent rulers were taking U-turn over the Kashmir issue. He urged religious parties to unite by sinking their differences to counter anti-Islam and anti-Pakistan conspiracies. He urged the masses to vote candidates of the Sunni Tehreek in the next general elections to bring true Islamic democracy to Pakistan. He said the tehreek had already started homework for the coming polls and would field candidates on all seats across the country. Syed Riaz Hussain Shah of the Markazi Nazim-e-Aalla Jamaat-e-Ahle Sunna Pakistan, Mufti Muhammad Iqbal Chishti, Mufti Muhammad Hanif Qureshi, Pir Syed Ahmed Hassan Bukhari and Pir Syed Afzal Hussain Shah Jamaati of the Astana Alia Ali Pur Syedan Sharif also addressed the conference.
