GUJRANWALA:-A female student of Punjab University Gujranwala Campus committed suicide by consuming toxic pills. Police said that Ghazala, a student of PU (Gurjanwala Campus) residing in hostel, consumed toxic pills over unknown reasons late Monday evening. Her condition deteriorated and she was rushed to DHQ Hospital where despite all out efforts of medics she breathed her last on Tuesday morning. The body was handed over to heirs after medico-legal formalities.

Reasons behind the suicide could not be ascertained, however, the police have launched investigation to ascertain facts into the incident.
