High levels of the industrial chemical melamine have been found in condensed milk produced in Thailand, the public health ministry said Wednesday. "Mali" has already been ordered off the shelves, it said, in the wake of a melamine scandal in China that has killed four children and sickened thousands. "According to the Food and Drug Administration, yesterday tests showed there was a very high concentration of melamine found in a sample of Mali condensed milk made with palm oil," Deputy Public Health Minister Wicharn Meenchainan said in a statement.
