There are complaints of low pressure in areas of Shahdarah, Township, Johar Town, Thoker Niaz Beg, Mughalpura while dense populated areas of Punjab other cities like Sheikhupura, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Wazirabad, Faiselabad, Multan are under the grip of low gas pressure. The SNGPL is facing 40 per cent shortfall in its network to meet the demand of different sectors.

The low pressure complaints in the month of September indicate that the problems would further escalate in coming months.
