KARACHI - Allama Nasir Abbas Jafari, secretary general of Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen, has urged his supporters to vote in Elections 2013 on May 11.

“Please come out of your houses and go to polling stations on May 11 to elect your representatives,” he appealed while speaking at a corner meeting of MWM. He said that the MWM disbelieves in separation of politics from the religion. He said that guidance of just and qualified Islamic jurisprudent was must to overcome the issues of Muslim Ummah.

“Pakistan needs moderate and non-corrupt politicians to be elected in the Elections and voters should send them to the legislatures from their constituencies,” he said. Jafari said that Shia Muslims and Sunni Muslims had decided that fanatics, extremists and terrorists and their allies would be shown the gate and they would be turned down in the elections.

“Terrorism and extremism has defamed Pakistan and our nation across the world. Hence, boycott the terrorists and their allies,” he urged.
