PESHAWAR - PML-N Central General Secretary Iqbal Zafar Jhagra on Monday said his party would clean sweep the upcoming general elections and put the country on right track of progress and development.

N-League, he said had almost completed awarding the party’s tickets for contesting polls to deserving candidates in the country. He said the PML-N would pull the country out of prevailing crisis if came to power.

Jhagra said this while handing over party tickets to contesting aspirants here.

He said that tickets for elections had been awarded in the lights of decision of the provincial board. He said that popularity graph of the N-League was going up day by day and the day was not far when his party would make government in the country.

He said that PML-N was ready to actively participate in the general elections on May 11, 2013.

Iqbal Zafar Jagrah, who also contesting from the NA-3 and PK-I Peshawar, said that the country would be put among the most developed states soon, as the N-League had planned to make Pakistan an Asian tiger.

He alleged that in last five years, the former rulers had only looted the national exchequer, adding that it was the PML-N where its government launched mega developmental projects and if it came to power, it would change the fate of Pakistan.
