SWAT - Some unknown militants blew up four schools on Friday with explosive material here in Chari area of Tehsil Matta. According to details, some unknown militants planted explosive material in different parts of the four government boys and girls' schools and blew up all of them. All the torched schools were located in Chari area of tehsile Matta. It pertinent to mention that more than 70 schools have been torched so far since clashes between the security forces and the militants in Swat area. Online adds: As many as 42 shops, including 20 that of CDs, were blown up in Mingora area on Madyan Road on Friday. A private TV channel reported that Ikram and Qalandar Khan CD Markets on Madyan road were blown up by unknown men in Swat's central city Madyan. Among the 42 shops, 12 were completely demolished in the explosion. Police said that mobile teams were in Rahim Abad at that time and after hearing the explosion, they quickly arrived at the scene. The ISPR announced relaxation in curfew hours from 7am till 8pm night. Meanwhile, in another incident miscreants destroyed another a girls' primary school situated on Maichi Road, Shabqadar area.  No causality has been reported as school was closed at the time of the explosion. A week earlier Frontier Constabulary vacated the primary school destroyed by the militants.
