KARACHI  - Provincial Minister for Minorities Affairs Dr. Mohan Lal Kohistani has affirmed that the Hindus living in Sindh will not leave their homeland at any cost, but some elements are conspiring against them and playing havoc with their sentiments. This he said while talking to delegation of Pakistan Peoples Party Minority wing here on Tuesday. The minister said that minorities especially of the Hindus living in Sindh are loyal to their country and they demand only peaceful atmosphere.He maintained that some people are trying to destabilize the country, we will burry their intentions. He asked the delegation to play their role in this regard. Dr Mohan Lal condemned the role of Pakistan Coalition for Religious Minorities (PCRM) and said that newly established organization is trying to sabotage the efforts of the present PPP government to defuse the tension. He told the delegation that PPP government first time in the history allocated 5 percent job quota for the minorities.The delegation comprising Special Assistant to Chief Minister Sindh Anwar Laldin, Dr Kishwar Kumar and Madam Babra Iqbal, also apprised the Minister about the problems being faced by the minority people of their areas.
