.India is to launch its first home-built aircraft carrier has become the fifth country in the world able to build such vessels. The forty-thousand ton ship, the INS Vikrant, will be launched in the southern city of Cochin. It will undergo extensive trials at sea, before officially joining the Indian Navy's fleet in 2018. In view of the rise of China as a global power, India is keen not to be left behind in militarily muscle. The launch comes days after India started the reactor on its first home-built nuclear submarine. On the other hand Pakistan doesn't have that kind of technology so far. Unequal balance is perilous for peace and peace talks. Indian attitude may be critical and complex for south Asia region because this region has world’s two nuclear powers.
