KARACHI: Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA’s) have carried out a raid in Fire Station Colony of Sohrab Goth area and arrested as many as five persons.

Sources said that LEA’s have taken action against illegal construction in the Fire Station Colony of Sohrab Goth area and that five persons, all five belonging to different fire stations, were taken into custody.

The sources further said that among the arrested persons Zakir is an officer of central fire office, Nasir and Farhat Ullah belong to Sohrab Goth fire station while Mairaj belongs to Hawke’s Bay fire station and Nazim is deputed to Civic Center.

The source also clarified that fire officer of Sohrab Goth fire station was not taken into custody.
