QUETTA - A special Anti-Terrorism Court on Thursday issued non-bailable arrest warrants of five persons including Federal Minister for Food Security Mir Israrullah Zehri and Balochistan Home Minister Mir Zafarullah Zehri in a case registered on behalf of their nephew Mir Sikandar Khan Zehri for a remote controlled bomb attack on a convoy of Chief of Jhalawan and provincial minister for S&GAD Sardar Sanaullah Zehri. It may be recalled that the convoy of Sardar Sanaullah Zehri who is also the elder brother of Mir Israrullah Zehri and Mir Zafarullah Zehri was attacked with a remote-controlled bomb, some two months back in Surab area of Kalat district. Though there was no loss of life or property in the attack, however, in an interesting move Mir Sikandar Zehri, the elder son of Sardar Sanaullah Zehri, got registered a case against five people, including his two uncles, Mir Israrullah Zerhi and Mir Zafarullah Zehri. The Anti-Terrorism Court comprising Mr Ghulam Azam Qambarani heard the case in Khuzdar on Thursday. None of accused appeared before the court, however, bail applications were submitted on behalf of Mir Israrullah Zehri and Mir Zafar Zehri. The court rejected the bail applications and issued their non-bailable warrants of arrest.
