LAHORE At least three people were killed in various incidents in different police limits on Thursday. In the first incident, a 30-year-old man was killed by his buddy over minor dispute in Naulakha police area. The victim was identified as Zahid alias Moja Qasai, a resident of Mohala Kake Zai. Police concerned said the deceased was a property dealer and had a friendship with one Faisal. On the day of the incident, Faisal came to his place as usual to meet him. After sometime, they exchanged harsh words with each other. Faisal got infuriated and opened straight fire on Zahid who died instantly. The accused person, however, managed to escape from the crime scene. In another incident, a 40 years old unidentified man was recovered dead under mysterious circumstances in Green Town police area. The deceased, yet to be identified, was lying dead near Bagriyan. Locals of the area spotted the body and informed the police, which shifted the body to the City morgue. Meanwhile, a 65-year-old man was burnt alive when a cylinder exploded in Shahdara Town police limits on Thursday. The deceased was identified as Muhammad Ismaeel, a resident of Rasool Park. Police investigators said the deceased was busy in cooking food when the cylinder blasted. Resultantly, the deceased received serious burn injuries and was rushed to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. WOMAN DIES: A 23-year-old woman died in a road accident in Shahdara police area on Thursday. The deceased was identified as Shabana Bibi, a resident of Gujranwala. According to Edhi officials, the deceased was going back to her city along with her husband named Waqar. As they reached near Shahdara their motorbike slipped. Resultantly, the couple received serious injuries. BODY RECOVERED: A 40-year-old unidentified man was recovered dead under mysterious circumstances in Lower Mall police precincts on Thursday. The deceased, yet to be identified, was lying dead near University of Veterinary Sciences. Locals of the area spotted the body.
