LAHORE - Federal Minister for Communication Hafiz Abdul Kareem on Friday said the working of motorway police has become a role model for all other departments. He said that new motorways were being built in the Baluchistan, KPK, Sindh , and Punjab provinces and Gilgit Baltistan .  According to an official handout, the minister stated this while during the inauguration ceremony of Beat-20 Bahawalpur building at Bahawalpur. IGP Motorway Police Syed Kalim Imam, DIG Mirza Faran Baig, Mayor Bahawalpur Aqeel Najum Hashmi, SSP Ghulam Jaffer, and members of civil society were also present on this occasion.   The minister said that the new motorways between Lahore to Multan, Karachi Hyderabad, Liyari By-Pass, Khanewal to Gojra, Hazara motorway from Havalian to Hassan Abdal will be made functional within next  few months.
