LAHORE - The Federal Cabinet will hold its next meeting in Lahore on February 18 (Wednesday) with Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani in the chair at Governor's House. It is, however, not certain as yet if the holding of the Federal Cabinet meetings outside Federal Capital will continue in future as well. The sources concerned said that there seems to be no policy on papers with respect to rotating the Cabinet meetings in various provincial capitals. However, in the past the governments in order to promote national solidarity and focus attention on less-privileged areas, used to hold meetings of Federal Cabinet at different places with last such meeting being held in Karachi.
