Four people were killed when a roadside bomb blast ripped through Baghdad's slum district of Sadr City on Monday, the culmination of a 40-day mourning period for Shiite Muslims, police said. In the second deadly bombing in as many days in Sadr City, police and medical sources said four people were killed and 11 others wounded when the homemade bomb exploded as their minibus passed through a square.
