Well-placed sources told TheNation on Sunday that state of the art technology imported from China was handed over to the senior security officials to help jam the transmission of FM Radio stations being run by militants in Swat. "We hope to tackle this menace effectively from now onwards", a senior govt official said, adding it was a very challenging problem for the govt as well as security forces to check and counter the illegal FM radio transmissions.
