Prime Minister of India, Dr Manmohan Singh has expressed dismay that the dialogue process could not be fruitful due to the ever changing political circumstances in Pakistan. The composite dialogue process has started again since a deadlock was created by Mumbai attacks in 2008. Manmohan Singh also said that the situation of Pakistan is not favourable because of the on going war on terror. It is the duty of our government to put pressure on India to continue the dialogue process as dialogue alone can provide the ultimate solution to every dispute between our two countries. -MUNEEB ZAFAR BAJWA, Sialkot, February 15
