LAHORE – The Punjab government has directed the Cane Commissioner to ensure early payments to cane growers and monitor the crushing process.
According to Special Assistant to CM on Food Manshaullah Butt, instructions have been issued to the CC to strictly monitor the issue, and he is now visiting all sugar mills in the province to resolve the problems of the cane growers.
