Dubai- Pakistani investigation team filed a petition in Dubai court for custody of gang leader Uzair Baloch.
The investigation team has submitted that the legal proceeding for the repatriation of Baloch is ongoing but the team is seeking access to the suspect for questioning prior to the repatriation. The petition also lists details of cases against Uzair Baloch. The sources said that the investigation team is likely to get access to the accused within 48 hours if court grants the petition.
