WAZIRABAD - Muhammad Riaz Chattha was elected President Tehsil Bar Association Wazirabad for year 2013. He got 169 votes while his opponent Muhammad Akram Klair got 160 votes.
As per detail, for the post of general secretary Mirza Zaheer Anjum Baig got 118 and was declared successful while his opponents Saeed Ahmad Cheema got 117 and Muhammad Akram Araien secured got 92 votes.
Five office-bearers include Muhammad Arshad Kang, Mohsin Abbas Samra, Malik Ghulam Ali Hasnain, Rana Allah Ditta and Mian Bilal Manzoor was elected Vice president, Joint Secretary, Finance Secretary, Auditor and Library Secretary respectively unopposed.
Ten members of executive body included Faisal Qadir Cheema, Tasaddaq Hussain Chattha, Amir Nawaz Chattha, Muhashir Hussain Cheema, Basharat Ali Sandhu, Saif Ali Cheema, Tariq Sultan Cheema, M Ahsan Ata Cheema, Masood Mughal and Muhammad AkhtaruI Islam was elected unanimously.
