Imran asks Sher to go home

NOWSHERA - PTI chairman Imran Khan has lashed out at Minister for Water and Power Abid Sher Ali saying he is incompetent. He said Abid Sher Ali should resign if he cannot arrest power thieves. The Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz's political gaining will suffer if the KPK government reduced the electricity prices, he added.
Addressing a rally, Khan alleged that the Pesco management itself is involved in electricity theft. He further said that they haven't received the federal government's response on the matter of handing over the institution to the provincial government.
The PTI chief said that he is aiming to fix the system and that those who are involved in corrupting it, could not repair it. If the people don't vote with conscience, their children will have a dark future, he said adding if the fight of system is not fought, then such dramas are bound to happen. He also urged the participants of the gathering to decide if they wanted the 'old Pakistan' or the Pakistan where 'system of justice' prevails.
Last week, Federal Minister for Water and Power, Abid Sher Ali had held the Khyber Pakhtunkhwah government responsible for the line losses and pending electricity bills.
