BAHAWALPUR
The low pressure of gas in most parts of Bahawalpur city has made the life miserable while the SNGPL officials have turned a blind eye to the issue despite repeated complaints by the residents.
The housewives have been facing much trouble as they are unable to cook meals due to low pressure of gas let alone the use of heaters. The people have no alternate way to overcome the problem while the department charges money under different heads every month from the consumers which is beyond understanding, they said.
The residents demanded that the authorities concerned should take notice of the situation and ensure smooth supply of gas in all areas without any discrimination to relieve the public in winter.
