Rahimyar Khan White win Open Division kabaddi match

LAHORE - Rahimyar Khan White team defeated Rahimyar Khan Green team by 39-37 in a thrilling Open Division kabaddi match played in Chak No 139-Alf, Rahimyar Khan (RYK) the other day. Former MPAs Mehmood ul Hasan Cheema and Mian Imtiaz Ahmed were the guests of honour on the occasion. Liaqat Ali Numberdar, Nasir Nussain, Abid Bajwa, Sajid Bajwa, Asif Hussain, Anser Bajwa, Abid Hussain Jatt, Kashif Goraya, Mukhtar Ahmed Babbi, Ahsan Pervaiz, Faisal Cheema and kabaddi enthusiasts were there to witness the exciting encounter. Winning team captain Matansar Cheema received a trophy and a cash prize of Rs 50,000 from the guests of honour while the skipper of runner-up team Sunny Jutt was given a trophy and a cash prize of Rs 30,000. Matansar Cheema and Sufyan Cheetah were declared the best stopper and raider of the match respectively and both were given trophies and cash prize of Rs 5,000 each. Senior kabaddi player Ghazanfer Bajwa was the coach of Rahimyar Khan Green team while M Rafi was coach of Rahimyar Khan White team.
