Ali Raza, Pakistani student who was killed in ethnic riots in Kyrgyzstan, was buried in the graveyard of his native town Shorkot on Wednesday. Maulana Muhammad Ludhianvi led the funeral prayers of the deceased Pakistani student in Shorkot Hockey ground while thousands of people, including DCO Toba Take Singh Amman Ullah Khan and many other prominent persons of the area attended his funeral. Touchy scene were witnessed when the dead body of deceased Ali Raza arrived at his native town while his mother felt unconscious after seeing the dead body of her son. Abdul Qayum, father of Ali Raza said that his family had lot of expectations from Ali Raza as he would help to improve their financial condition after getting higher education from abroad but all of their hopes died. He thanked the media and government of Pakistan for raising this issue and recovery of his son's dead body. He also appealed to the government to take certain steps for the students studying in Kyrgyzstan so that they could complete their studies. He also thanked and admired the efforts of Pakistan's Embassy in Kyrgyzstan for cooperating with the students. Later on Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani telephoned to Ali Raza's father, expressed his deep condolence and assured him that government would bear all the study expenses of Ali Raza's sisters and brothers.
