Nothing could have been more damaging for PPP, than to witness its Attorney General and Ahmed Raza Kasuri, the counsel for the party seeking Sharif Brothers disqualification, augmenting each other's arguments on the final day, before the Supreme Court handed out its sentence. This was followed by a huge public meeting called by the MQM, at the same place that they held the meeting on 12 May 2007, to express their support for imposition of Governor's Rule in Punjab.
