I dont know why the Reza Rabbani Committee is called the 'constitutional amendment committee for it has never objected in the last six months on any of the scores of unconstitutional acts of government. There have been many by the President and many by the Governor Punjab. And non-implementation of the SCP orders regarding the Swiss accounts case by the federal government is only the latest. The Committee has kept its eyes closed to the constitutional misdemeanor of the President House which has virtually served as the PPP headquarters on state expense for the last two years. -SHAHBANO.
