World champion Ramy Ashour won a seventh successive title on Thursday when he won the Kuwait Cup, beating England's James Willstrop, 6-11, 11-8, 11-3, 11-3. Unbeaten since May 2012, he also claimed the 30th title of his career and has now won 36 matches in a row. This year, world number one Ashour has already captured the first three World Series events, adding the Kuwait title to victories in the United States.
