LAHORE – A laptop distribution ceremony was held at National College of Arts on Saturday.

On the occasion, Special Assistant to CM Punjab on Education Zaeem Qadri, advisor to CM Zakia Shahnawaz, Shaista Pervaiz Malik, Uzma Bukhari, Principal National College of Arts Dr Shabnam Khan and teachers were present.

Addressing the ceremony, Zaeem Qadri said said that PML-N government had made record investment in education sector for the first time in the history of country. He said that Punjab government had made unprecedented development work in education, health, transport and other sectors.

Later, Zakia Shahnawaz inaugurated the Art Gallery at National College of Arts. She urged upon that students to play their due role for giving a new recognition to Pakistan at international level by using their talent in the fields of fashion, jewellery, designing and other sectors. On the occasion, laptops were distributed among 238 students.
