LAHORE National Bank of Pakistan and Sui Southern Gas Corporation registered convincing wins in the Super Eight stage of the 29th National Junior Hockey Championship after a days rest on Saturday. NBP beat Punjab Greens to maintain the favourites tag while SSGC blanked PAF in the other encounter. NBP was held to a goal-less first half and in the second session, they converted three goals as against Punjab fought to have two to scare the bankers. In the other match, SSGC hit in three goals in the first half and relied on that lead till the breather. Two more matches will be played on the fifth day of super Eight round on Sunday. Punjab Greens will face Customs at 3 pm and Punjab Reds will face PAF at 5 pm. Super Eight Results: NBP beat Punjab Greens 3-2 (full time), 0-0 (half time).
