A common killer

Blood Pressure’ (BP) is a common health problem among the young and old alike. It is dangerous because it often has no warning sign or symptoms. 18% of adults and 33% people above 45 are affected by high blood pressure in Pakistan. The exact cause of is not know but many factor effect it. Smoking, being overweight, living under stress, chronic kidney disease are some of the reasons given. The first few signs of high BP are headaches, problem with vision, nosebleed, fits or blackouts. I want to suggest to those persons who have high blood pressure to check it often as it can be life threatening.
