The holy month of Ramazan will begin from 17th May on Thursday, Chairman of the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman announced Wednesday.
The chairman made the announcement while addressing a press conference in Karachi after the Central Ruet-i-Hilal Committee concluded its meeting.
Evidence of moon sighting is collected from across the country through regional Ruet-e-Hial Committees.
