It is a fact that CSS is the toughest competitive exam in which the candidate has to come across with cutthroat competition. The aspirants of competitive exams burn the midnight oil to succeed. But it is amoment of shame that the result of CSS (2011) exam has not yet been announced. After the lapse of approximately seven to eight months, there is still no sign of the announcement of the said result.
