LAHORE – Indian Chief Minister of Bihar, Natish Kumar on Thursday along with his delegation visited Gurdwara Dera Sahib and was received by senior officers of Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB). ETPB Secretary Junaid Ahmad, Additional Secretary Shrines, Syed Zahid Bokhari, Sardar Sham Singh, Syed Amir Hussain Hashmi and others received the delegation and presented them with a bouquet. The Chairman Pakistan Sikh Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee, Sardar Sham Singh on behalf of Syed Asif Hashmi presented a souvenir and other gifts to the Indian CM. The delegation visited Gurdwara and expressed satisfaction on the maintenance and renovation of the Gurdwara. The Spokesperson of ETPB claimed that the Indian CM said that the credit goes to Asif Hashmi. He said that the Indian government was thankful to the chairman ETPB for taking such matchless measures to maintain Gurdwaras in Pakistan. Later he also made a telephone call to Asif Hashmi and thanked him for his services for Hindu and Sikh community.
