KARACHI  - The High Commissioner of UK in Pakistan, Adam Thomson, on Thursday called on Chief Minister Sindh, Syed Qaim Ali Shah at the CM House here. An announcement said that they discussed matters of mutual interest. The CM informed the High Commissioner about various measures with regard to Thar Coal and Energy project, development schemes of roads, works at Education and Health sectors and law and order arrangements during the month of Muharam-ul-Haram. The UK High Commissioner remained there for some time and discussed other issues also.FUUASt Admissions: The process of admissions for the academic session 2013-14 of the Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology will commence from November 25. An official of the institution said that a decision to this effect was taken at the meeting. of the Academic Council chaired by Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Qaiser.The classes of the new session would start from February 1, it was further stated.
