LAHORE Ex-PCS Ch Muhammad Anwar breathed his last on Wednesday at the age of 99. Ch Anwar joined PCS judicial service in 1940 as Civil Judge, and retired as District and Sessions Judge. He was father of Chief Internal Auditor Pakistan Railways Azhar Rasool Basra and ex-armyman Mazhar Rasool Basra. He was father-in-law of ex-Director Housing, Planning and Urban Development Department Tauqeer Ahmed, Ch Moghees Rasool and Ch Jamil Anwar Cheema. His Namaz-e-Janaza will be offered at 10am at 29-A Canal View Housing Society.
